2. Orders

Orders placed on the site are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order, especially in case of non-compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale.

3. Prices

Product prices are indicated in US dollars ($) and are subject to change at any time by the seller. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and are specified during the order validation.

4. Payment

Payment for orders is made by credit card or via Apple Pay. Payment is secure, and the customer’s banking information is not retained by the seller.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order. Delivery times are 2 to 3 business days from the shipping date. The seller shall not be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
